# How to request a refund

Due to built-in fraud prevention measures on our site (believe us, we dislike fraudsters as much as you do), automatic refunding may be temporarily disabled in some cases. If you run into this, our Support team will gladly continue to assist with your refund requests. Simply email <contact@flowappz.com> and we’ll process your refunds on our end.\
\
If you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps to submit your request:

1. **Visit the FlowAppz Customer Portal** at [app.flowappz.com](https://app.flowappz.com/).
2. Go to the **Support Dashboard**: [Create a Ticket](https://app.flowappz.com/dashboard/tickets/create).
3. provide the necessary details about your purchase.
4. Submit your request.

#### What Happens Next?

* Our **Accounts Team** will review your request to verify its validity based on our Refund Policy.
* If approved, we will **initiate the refund** and **cancel the subscription** (if applicable).
* Refunds will be processed using the **original payment method**.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at **<contact@flowappz.com>**.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.flowappz.com/home/payment-central/how-to-request-a-refund.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
