Step 1: Add a New Integration

To connect your Form with external services like Zapier, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab.

2. Click the Zapier button to proceed with the setup.

3. Zapier Webhook Name Enter a name to identify your webhook integration.

4. Zapier Webhook URL Provide the URL where the data should be sent.

5. API Key (Optional) Enter your API key for authentication.

   🔐 If you don't have an API key, you can create and use any custom key of your choice.

6. Validate Connection Click the Validate button to test the connection with the provided credentials. If the connection is successful, proceed to the next step.

7. Save Integration Click the Save button to finalize and store your webhook integration settings.

Step 3: Connect Zapier to a Form

To set up a Zapier integration for a specific Form, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Forms Tab From the Integrations, navigate to the Forms tab.

2. Connect the Target Form Select the target form page from the dropdown, then click the form’s Connect Form button.

3. Connect Zapier Click the Connect button next to Zapier. A Zapier connection setup form will appear.

4. Configure the Zapier Connection

   • Select the previously added Zapier API from the dropdown list.

5. Save the Connection Click the Save button to complete the integration setup.

✅ Once saved, your form will be connected to the selected Zapier account and ready to transmit data.
