# Google Sheets

#### Step 1: Set Up Google Sheet Integration

To connect your form with a Google Sheet, follow the steps below:

1. **Navigate to the Integrations Tab**\
   From the main dashboard, go to the **Integrations** tab.
2. **Connect Google Sheet**\
   Click the **Google Sheet** Button.\
   A Google Sheets integration setup form will appear.
3. **Configure the Google Sheet** **Connection**
   * Enter a **unique name** to identify this Google Sheet integration.
   * Click the **Connect New Google Sheet** button.
4. **Authenticate with Google Sheet**\
   A new window will open, prompting you to authenticate your **Google Sheet** account:
   * If you're not signed in, log in to your **Google Sheet** account.
   * Choose your Google account you want to grant access to.
   * Grant the necessary permissions to authorize the integration.

> 🔐 *After successful authentication, your Google Sheet API will be connected and ready to use within the app.*

#### Step 2: Connect Google Sheet to a form

To integrate Google Sheets with a specific Form, follow the steps below:

1. **Navigate to the Forms Tab**\
   From the dashboard, go to the **Forms** tab.
2. **Connect the Target Form**\
   Select the target form page from the dropdown, then click the form’s **Connect Form** button.
3. **Click “Add New Integration”**\
   This will open a modal displaying all available integration options.
4. **Connect Google Sheet**\
   Click the **"Connect"** button next to **Google Sheets**.\
   The Google Sheet integration setup form will appear.
5. **Configure the Google Sheet Integration**
   * Select the **Google Sheet API connection** you created earlier.
   * Choose a sheet (audience) where form submissions should be sent.
   * If no fields are found, click the **Create Field** button. It will automatically create fields based on the input from your form.
   * Map the Form input fields to the corresponding **Sheet fields** to ensure data is saved correctly.
6. **Test the Connection**\
   Click **Test Connection** to verify that the integration is working properly.
7. **Save the Integration**\
   If the test is successful, click **Save** to finalize the integration.

> ✅ *Your Form is now successfully integrated with Google sheets and will send form data directly to your selected list.*
