# Discord

#### Step 1: Set Up Discord Integration

To connect your form with Discord, follow the steps below:

1. **Navigate to the Integrations Tab**\
   From the main dashboard, go to the **Integrations** tab.
2. **Connect Discord**\
   Click the **Discord** button.\
   A Discord integration setup form will appear.
3. **Configure the Discord Connection**
   * Enter a **unique name** to identify this **Discord** integration.
   * Click the **Connect New Discord** button.
4. **Authenticate with Discord**\
   A new window will open prompting you to authenticate your Discord account:
   * If you're not signed in, log in to your Discord account.
   * Choose the Discord server you want to connect.
   * Grant the necessary permissions to authorize the integration.

> 🔐 *After successful authentication, your Discord API will be connected and ready to use within the app.*

#### Step 2: Connect Discord to a form

To integrate Discord with a specific Form, follow the steps below:

1. **Navigate to the Forms Tab**\
   From the dashboard, go to the **Forms** tab.
2. **Connect the Target Form**\
   Select the target form page from the dropdown, then click the form’s **Connect Form** button.
3. **Click “Add New Integration”**\
   This will open a modal displaying all available integration options.
4. **Connect Discord**\
   Click the **Connect** button next to **Discord**.\
   The **Discord** integration setup form will appear.
5. **Configure the Discord Integration**
   * Select the **Discord API connection** you created earlier.
   * Choose the **Discord Channel** where form submissions should be sent.&#x20;
6. **Test the Connection**\
   Click **Test Connection** to verify that the integration is working properly.
7. **Save the Integration**\
   If the test is successful, click **Save** to finalize the integration.

> ✅ *Your Form is now successfully integrated with Discord and will send form data directly to your selected list.*
